How does the AltaPuglia subscription work?

Every month you will receive a box with a selection of typical Apulian products. You can choose between three different subscription options: Complete Box, Light Flavors Box (without cured meats and cheeses) and Organic Apulian Box. The subscription is flexible and can be modified or cancelled at any time.

What products can I expect to find in my box?

Each box includes a variety of carefully selected products, such as taralli, preserves, pasta, olive oil and much more. The composition varies every month to always offer you new Apulian specialties.

When will my box be shipped?

Boxes are shipped within the first 5 business days of each month. You will receive an email notification with a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Can I change or cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can change or cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account on our website or contact us by email at altapugliasrls@gmail.com . The change or cancellation will be effective from the following month.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal payments. Subscription payments are automatically charged each month.

Can I gift a subscription?

Absolutely! You can purchase a subscription as a gift by selecting the “Gift a Subscription” option at checkout. The recipient will receive a box every month for the duration you choose.

Can I choose the products included in the box?

To ensure freshness and variety of products, each box is prepared based on a unique selection of the month. However, we have three subscription options to meet different needs: Complete, Light Flavors (without cured meats and cheeses) and Organic.

How do shipping work?

Shipments are made through reliable couriers. You will receive an email notification with the tracking number to monitor your order. Shipping is free for subscribers in Italy.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the products?

Your satisfaction is important to us! If any of the products do not meet your expectations, please contact us at altapugliasrls@gmail.com . We will do our best to resolve the situation.

Is it possible to make a return?

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on food products. However, if you have any issues with one of the products, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution.

Can I temporarily suspend my subscription?

Yes, if you need to temporarily pause your subscription, you can do so by logging into your account or contacting us. The suspension will be effective for one month and your subscription will automatically resume the following month.

Is there a long-term contract for the subscription?

No, the subscription is flexible and non-binding. You can cancel it at any time without additional costs.

Can I change my subscription option (e.g. from Full to Bio)?

Yes, you can change your subscription option at any time. The change will take effect the following month.
